Edwards and company 'Stand Strong'

Bills fans flocked the Verizon Wireless Store at McKinley Mall to support a great cause and meet their favorite Bills players.  Hundreds of fans supported Kids Escaping Drugs and the Stand Strong campaign by making a monetary donation.  In return, they received limited edition posters and obtained autographs from Bills quarterback Trent Edwards, cornerback Leodis McKelvin, offensive lineman Brad Butler, defensive end Chris Kelsay, defensive tackle John McCargo and defensive tackle Spencer Johnson.

97 Rock held a live remote in conjunction with Verizon Wireless and the Bills to support the campaign and over $15,000 was raised for the Kids Escaping Drugs program.

The Kids Escaping Drugs Campaign was created with the purpose of raising funds for construction and support of adolescent drug and alchohol treatment facilities.  The Kids Escaping Drugs Renaissance Campus is located in West Seneca, NY and consists of three buildings that house up to 62 chemically-dependent youths ages 12-20.  For more information on Kids Escaping Drugs, please visit www.ked.org.
