Sean McDermott announced on WGR 550 this morning that wide receiver John Brown (ankle) will be out for this week's game.

"John's a really good player," McDermott said. "He's a big part of our offense, so like with any other situation we've got to have somebody step in and step up whether it's Gabe [Davis] or any of the other receivers—Isaiah McKenzie, Andre Roberts. We expect a lot from them as well."

Cody Ford sustained a knee injury in practice on Wednesday and will be out for the rest of the season.

"He had one of those seasons that are on the tougher end with the shoulder, then the knee and the ankle here," McDermott said on WGR. "So we're looking forward to getting him back healthy and ready to go for the offseason."

Brown and Ford are the only two Bills players declared out for Sunday.

Also, McDermott announced that Mitch Morse will start at center for Sunday.
