Kari Achatz is a dynamic multidisciplinary artist and educator who is based in Buffalo, New York. Kari's

artwork spans across sculpture, installation, print, and mixed media. Driven by a deep interest in the

physical act of cutting, removing, revealing, and layering, she uses this process as both technique and

metaphor, creating work that is visually compelling and conceptually resonant. She has exhibited widely

across Western New York, and her work is included in the Permanent Art Collection of the Buffalo AKG

Art Museum. Her collaboration with Buffalo-based Rigidized Metals Corporation for Highmark Stadium,
