The Buffalo Bills are excited about the high level of enthusiasm surrounding our team and thank all of our fans for their tremendous support. Due to the large volume of requests, the Buffalo Bills have developed procedures and guidelines to assist you with your donation request, specifically as it relates to the Bills potential involvement.

All donation requests must be submitted in writing four to six weeks prior to your event.

Written requests must be submitted on your organization's official letterhead and must include:
-Name of organization, full address and telephone number
-Type of event/program
-Contact person's name
-Date, time and length of event
-Event location

Also, please be sure to indicate a physical address indicating where to send the possible donation item or package.

Requests will be responded to in writing.

Helpful Hint

It is recommended that your event is not centered on the anticipation of our donation item, but should be approached as a complimentary element to your event. Many requests may not be able to be fulfilled due to the volume of requests we receive.

The Buffalo Bills do not accept fan merchandise for the purpose of autographing under any circumstance. Any merchandise sent for autographs will be immediately returned.
