The Buffalo Bills partnered with the Niagara Youth Flag Football Organization to host a girls flag football clinic for middle school and high school girls at Youngs Sportsplex in Welland, Ontario Canada on April 5^th. Buffalo Bills Alumni Lorenzo Alexander made the trip to Welland to support the girls flag players by coaching the participants at the flag different stations, providing words of encouragement, and taking pictures and signing autographs at the end of the event.

Former Bills LB Lorenzo Alexander joined One Bills Live and discussed his recent involvement in football clinics in Orchard Park and Welland, Ontario. The ACES Foundation president talked about teaching youth football players and helping train some of the prospects for the upcoming NFL Draft.

The Buffalo Bills hosted the High School Girls Flag Football Kickoff this weekend for 65+ teams from Western New York to the Finger Lakes Region in partnership with UBMD Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine!

The event included the opportunity for teams to participate in preseason scrimmages and take photos for their social media pages and school websites.

Sweet Home girls flag football head coach Chris Monaco joined One Bills Live and previewed the Western New York kick off event coming up this weekend at the Bills Training Center. He discussed the growth of the sport, his program's success so far, and the future of flag football in the area and across the country.

The Bishop Kearny and Orchard Park High School Flag Football teams scrimmaged at halftime of the Sept. 8 Buffalo Bills game. The teams also had the chance to meet 2024 International Federation of American Football - Flag Football World Champions Vanita Krouch and Megan Majors, of the U.S. Women's National Flag Football team, who served as honorary captains.

The Buffalo Bills hosted the third annual Tackle Nike 11-On event on July 13th at Highmark Stadium with 12 varsity football programs from Buffalo and Rochester regions in partnership with Nike and USA Football. The event included 7on7 games, a Lineman Challenge and Skills competitions including a 40-yard dash, QB long throw and Lineman water jug race. This year's winners were Sweet Home High School, congratulations to the Panthers!

Sean McDermott and players greeted the Bishop Kearney and Clarence High School Girls Flag Football teams at Buffalo Bills Mandatory Minicamp.

The Bishop Kearney and Clarence varsity girls flag football teams visited practice and met Bills players such as Dion Dawkins, Chase Claypool, and Keon Coleman. Bishop Kearney recently won the first-ever Division 2 New York State Championship and Clarence won the regional championship for division 1.

Bishop Kearney defeated Sayville 39-20 in the inaugural Division II flag football state championship on Sunday, June 2, at Cortland High School

Buffalo Bills Dion Dawkins, Dawson Knox, DaQuan Jones, and General Manager Brandon Beane wish the Clarence and Bishop Kearney Girls Flag Football teams good luck in the State Championship Tournament.

Watch as Bishop Kearney, Pioneer, Clarence, and Penfield high schools faced off in the regional round of the girls flag football New York State Public High School Athletic Association playoffs. Bishop Kearney defeated Pioneer 26-25 and Clarence defeated Penfield 32-30. Both Bishop Kearney and Clarence will move onto the New York State semi-finals.

The Buffalo Bills hosted the Section VI Girls Flag football championship at Highmark Stadium. Bills offensive lineman Dion Dawkins and safety Damar Hamlin stopped by to support the athletes and present the championship trophy.

The event featured over 60 schools from Section VI, Section V and celebrated the first season that Girls Flag Football will be a high school state championship sport in New York.

Sixty teams flocked to Orchard Park to compete and practice together.

In the spring of 2024, The New York State High School Athletic Association will host the first ever High School Girls Flag Football State Championship game. In celebration of this historic event, the Buffalo Bills invited High School Girls Flag Football players from Cheektowaga High School and Lackawanna High School to the divisional round playoff game on January 21^st at Highmark Stadium to hold the introduction banners on the field as the Bills starting players run out from the tunnel and to participate in a halftime flag football scrimmage.
