The Bills have named DJ Mangas as an offensive quality control coach, the team announced Monday.

Mangas came on staff with the Bills toward the end of the 2023 season as an offensive aide and now will be officially part of Buffalo's coaching staff for 2024. Prior to joining the Bills' staff, Mangas was the offensive coordinator & tight ends coach for the University at Buffalo football program.

Mangas also has a connection with offensive coordinator Joe Brady. The two worked together on LSU's staff in 2019 during their national championship season. That season, Brady was LSU's passing game coordinator and Mangas was an offensive analyst.

The pair also played together at William & Mary from 2008-11.

Mangas' role with the Bills will be his second stint in the NFL. He worked with the Carolina Panthers in 2020 as an assistant.
