Buffalo has made additions to its roster ahead of Wednesday's first training camp practice. The Bills have signed wide receiver David White Jr. and tight end Matt Sokol.

White spent last season with the Jacksonville Jaguars but did not see any action due to injury. The WR tore his ACL during OTAs last June. He was released by the Jaguars last month.

White originally joined Jacksonville as an undrafted free agent out of Western Carolina in 2024. In two seasons with Western Carolina, White caught 54 passes for 903 yards and scored 11 touchdowns. He is from Jacksonville, Fla.

Sokol spent the 2024 season on Pittsburgh's practice squad. He has played in eight career games from 2020-2023. Since 2019, the tight end has played on five different NFL teams (Chargers, Jaguars, Lions, Patriots, Steelers).

Sokol originally signed with the Chargers as an undrafted free agent out of Michigan State in 2019. He is from Rochester, Mich.

In a corresponding move, the Bills released WR Kelly Akharaiyi and P Jake Camarda. The team also activated DE Landon Jackson from PUP.
