As Erie County officially enters Phase 2 of the Governor's New York Forward Plan, The Bills Store at New Era Field will carefully begin to resume in-person retail operations. As of June 2, The Bills Store, located directly off Abbott Road near One Bills Drive, will be open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. For the health and safety of all guests and staff, the store has implemented several new policies and procedures in compliance with New York State reopening guidelines.

When planning your visit, please be mindful of the following:

  • Due to the new capacity limit, a wait line has been created outside the store's entrance, with decals placed six feet apart to guide guests.
  • The entrance will also feature COVID-19 signage to inform customers of the measures being taken, as well as a hand washing and hand sanitation station.
  • All guests will be asked to follow CDC guidelines, including wearing a face covering within the building and practicing social distancing.
  • For increased safety, credit cards will be the only form of payment accepted at this time.

The Bills Store, which is operated by Delaware North, has also introduced enhanced cleaning protocols. Cleaning supply stations will be located around the store, making them easy for staff to access. Additionally, retail associates will wear gloves and masks and will have temperature checks daily. Within the building, staff and guests will have a designated disposal area for masks and gloves.
