- The Buffalo Bills will recognize their Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year Club Winner and their great commitment to the community. The Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year Award recognizes an NFL player for his excellence on and off the field. The award was established in 1970 and was renamed in 1999 after the late Hall of Fame running back, Walter Payton. Each team nominates one player who has had a significant positive impact on his community, with one winner selected from the 32 nominees.
Pregame National Anthem: Nini Iris
- Born and raised in Tbilisi, Nini Iris grew up surrounded by traditional Georgian folk music. In 2016, she moved to New York to pursue music. She later auditioned for Season 24 of The Voice, where her performance of "I See Red" earned a four-chair turn and a spot on her longtime idol Niall Horan's team. Her bold song choices—like "Karma Police" and "Lovesong"—took her to the semifinals and left viewers wanting more.

Halftime ceremony: Coach of the Week, October Crew of Month, Section VI
- In celebration of High School Tackle Football in Western New York, the Buffalo Bills will be honoring three different aspects of the sport during the Bills vs Bengals game. The Bills will honor the 22 High School Tackle Football Coaches who were selected this season as a Legends Global Merchandise Coach of the Week for either the Buffalo or Rochester region.
- During this ceremony, the Bills will announce the Coach of the Year for each region and will present the winners with a ceremonial game ball presented by Bills Legend Darryl Talley and a Legends Global Merchandise representative. In addition, the Bills will recognize the officials crew that was selected for October Crew of the Month. This Rochester based crew will be highlighted for their demonstration of objectivity, fairness in rules implementation and commitment as high school football officials.
- At the beginning of November, Section VI held the final Section VI High School Football Championships at the current Highmark Stadium. The Sectionals have been held at One Bills Drive for the past 46 years. Representatives from Section VI will be on field to be recognized for their contribution to High School Football in our community.
